The Engineering Industry CCNL recognizes to all sector employees the individual right to 24 training hours in the three-year period.

At Mecc Alte we took the opportunity and together with Mylia ( www.mylia.com ), the Adecco Group training company, we organized internally training courses on strategic issues for the Group, involving 90% of the company staff:
